Juneteenth Festival Returns to Bolivar

The Hardeman County Commission for Black History Presents a Juneteenth Festival Celebrating Freedom on Saturday, June 17, 2023. The event will take place from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Sand Beach Lake located at 575 Market Street in Bolivar.
