Kaylee Pardue Graduates from Harding University with Masters

Kaylee Pardue graduated from Harding University on Saturday, May 4, 2024, with a Master of Science in speech-language pathology. She was one of more than 700 students who received diplomas and were recognized during the spring 2024 commencement ceremony.

“I’m looking forward to the clients I will get to serve using the knowledge that I’ve gained from my professors at Harding,” said Kaylee, who is already employed in her profession. “I’m working at a private practice in Paducah, Kentucky called Sensory Solutions.”

Kaylee graduated from Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) in 2019, and from Murray State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in communication disorders. She was able to graduate from Murray State in three years instead of four having taken dual enrollment classes while a student at BCHS and working diligently taking more classes during her college years. While at Harding University, Kaylee’s academic studies even included international travel through one of the university’s studies abroad programs during which she was able to do hands-on work using her education and learned skills.

“I attended the Harding in Zambia study abroad program in the summer of 2023. I got to spend six weeks in Zambia, Africa on a medical mission trip providing speech pathology care to the people there,” said Kaylee, who has fond memories of the experience. “It was truly the best six weeks of my life!”

Harding University is a private Christian, liberal arts university located in Searcy, Arkansas, and the largest private university in the state.

“Harding gave me so many lifelong friends and colleagues! I’ve watched my professors pour into me over the last two years and love me like their own. The Communication Science Disorders department at Harding was my second family, and I absolutely loved that.”

Kaylee is the daughter of Robert and Melissa Pardue of Bolivar, Tennessee.
