Mayor Pulse Takes Part in WestStar Leadership Class of 2024

WestStar Leadership Program Class of 2024

Todd Pulse, who is the mayor of Hardeman County, is participating in the University of Tennessee at Martin WestStar Leadership Program Class of 2024.

WestStar Leadership participants attend a series of sessions held through June focusing on topics such as economic development, public policy, education and technology. The program equips regional leaders with new skills and knowledge designed to impact the educational, economic and social development of West Tennessee.

Mayor Pulse is also the owner and principal broker of Pulse Real Estate in Bolivar and serves on the Southwest Tennessee Development District board of directors. He is a member of the American Cancer Association for “Hee Haw” and has served as the president and board member of the Carl Perkins Center.
