In this role, Mills oversees daily branch operations while serving as a loan officer, leading the Selmer team toward continued growth and success.
Mills brings five years of comprehensive banking experience to her new position, having advanced through various roles that provided deep insights into all aspects of community banking. Most recently, she served as senior audit associate at Simmons Bank in Jackson, Tennessee, where she performed complex auditing assignments and ensured regulatory compliance. “Every step of my journey has led to this moment, and I am truly honored to serve Selmer and the surrounding communities with banking that feels personal, approachable, and built on trust,” said Ms. Mills.
“Karlie’s progression through the banking industry, from front-line customer service to audit, and now to market management, demonstrates exactly the kind of dedication and comprehensive understanding we value at Home Banking Company,” said Tommy Chamblee, Bank President. “Her combination of regulatory expertise, customer service excellence, and genuine commitment to community involvement makes her an ideal leader for our Selmer location. Karlie’s passion for building relationships and her deep roots in the area will strengthen our ability to serve customers with the personal touch that defines community banking.”
