Obituary: Barbara Elaine Wiggins
Barbara Elaine Wiggins, 59, of Bolivar, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024, at her home.
Services will be held in the Shackelford Chapel on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 1 p.m. in Bolivar. The burial will follow in the Wiggins Cemetery.
A native and life-long resident of Hardeman County, she was the widow of Gary Wiggins, Sr., who departed this life on October 9, 2021. They were married on November 9, 1984.
Barbara worked in assembly at DeVilbiss in Jackson and attended Forest Hill Pentecostal Church. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Natalie; and her mother, Ruby Crum Smith.
She is survived by her son, Gary Wiggins (Whitney) of Selmer; grandsons, Matthew and Luke Wiggins, both of Selmer; father, Billy Kelley, Sr. (Jackie); sister, Carol Malone (Michael) of Toone; brother, Billy Kelley, Jr., also of Toone; close cousins, Annette Simer, Tammy Rimer, Bubba, and Timmy and Scotty Hooper; and special friend, Vicki Hedrick of Ashland, Mississippi,
