Christina (Christy) Daniel ~ February 17, 1972 – July 1, 2023 (age 51)
Christina (Christy) Daniel ~ February 17, 1972 – July 1, 2023, 51, of Jackson, passed from this life on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at her home.
She was born on February 17, 1972, in Michigan. Her parents are Gail (Stanley) Cupples of Jackson, Larry (Karen) Stewart of Jackson, and Norman Rightler of Henderson, Kentucky. Christy grew up in Chester County before moving to Bolivar where she graduated from Bolivar Central High School in 1990. She met the love of her life and father of her children, Jeff Daniel, in 1989. Christy worked many years at Learn A Lot Preschool in Lexington, Tennessee until she became disabled in 2010.
Services will be at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel in Bolivar on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 3 p.m.
In addition to her parents and Jeff, she leaves her children. stepson, Ryan (Natalie) Daniel of Bolivar, Tennessee; two daughters, Megan (Kyle) Goodwin of Bells, Tennessee, and Catilin (Lane) Woods of Fort Riley, Kansas; three grandchildren, Allie Sykes, Sawyer Goodwin, and Miles Daniel. She is also survived by five sisters and four brothers, Cindy (Louie) Bucud of Bolivar; Bryan (Ashley) Todd of Sparta, Illinois; Eddie Stewart of Jackson; Nikki (Bobby) Helton of Herrin, Illinois; Tammy (Brandon) Glisson of Jackson; Tasha (Bill) Robinson of Mascoutah, Illinois; Dewayne (Erica) Cupples of Jackson; Mark (Brianna) Rightler of Henderson, Kentucky; and Wendy Rightler of Henderson, Kentucky; and many nieces and nephews.
Christy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Howard and Rose Cox, Edward and Maxine Stewart, and Mark and Geneva Rightler; and one brother, Joey Cupples.
Memorial contributions in her name may be sent to the charity of the donor’s choice.
