Obituary: Delaina Marie Norton Barnes
Delaina Marie Norton Barnes, 22, of Middleton, passed from this life Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis.
She was born in Jackson, Tennessee on Thursday, January 2, 2003, and lived all her life in Middleton. Delaina attended D. A.Y. College of Cosmetology and currently worked as a cab fabricator at Thyssen-Krupp Elevators in Middleton. In her leisure time, she enjoyed shopping, traveling, and time spent with her family and her fur-baby dachshunds, “Bonnie” & “Clyde”.
Funeral services will be at Shackelford Funeral Directors on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 2 p.m. in Middleton. The burial will be in the Old Enon Cemetery near Middleton.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Ryan Barnes of Middleton; parents, Bryan (Jessica) Norton of Middleton and Misty (Tony) Jones of Walnut; her sister, Kayla (Ethan) Parker of Middleton; nieces and nephews, Sybil, Laney, Lizzy and Waylon; half-brother, Carson Jones of Walnut; step-brother, Kalob Drewery of Walnut; paternal grandmother, Linda Norton of Middleton; maternal grandmother, Jone Mays of Middleton; and her in-laws, Pat and Melody Barnes of Middleton.
She was preceded in death by both her grandfathers, David Norton and Johnny Mays.
