Obituary: Donna Gale Busby German King

Donna Gale Busby German King ~ October 27, 1962 – June 6, 2023 (age 60)

Donna Gale Busby German King, 60, passed from this life on June 6, 2023, at her home in Medon.

Born October 27, 1962, at the Henderson Clinic in Henderson, Tennessee to Vernon Leroy Busby and Barbara Annetta Dees, she was raised in Chester County. She
and another female became the first females to flag for the Chester County Road Department. Later, Donna served seven years as the first female certified volunteer firefighter for the Toone Fire Department. She graduated with honors from Whiteville Area Vo Tech in the computer field, and worked for the Shelby County Juvenile Court, FEDEX, NSA, Inc, Terminex, and also World-Wide Tech Services.

Donna enjoyed fishing, camping, riding horses, and motorcycles. She also enjoyed crocheting and sewing. But, she enjoyed spending as much time with her children and grandbabies as she could. To her, they were her greatest accomplishments. She gave her life over to God in 1998.

Donna is survived by her three daughters, Christina German (Jimmy), Katlin Harvey (Logan Doles) of Toone, and Misty German (Jose Munoz) of Bolivar; eight
grandchildren, Paul Michael Logan, Jr., Payton Leigh Logan, Autumn Grace German, Isabella Hope, Gabriela Faith, and River Munoz, Bo Levi, and Harlee
Cate Doles; a brother, Tony (Tami) Busby of Deanburg; and sister, Sherry (Greg) Thomas of Henderson. She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew
Barry Wayne Vales, Jr. Donna had requested no services.
