Obituary: Rosie Ann Walton
May 4, 1953 ~ July 31, 2022 (age 69)
Rosie Ann Walton passed away on Sunday July 31, 2022. She was born on May 4, 1953 to Ruth Turner and the late Adell Morrow, Sr.
Her funeral service was held on Saturday August 13, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home with Reverend B.L. Jackson in charge of the service. Burial was in the May’s Hill Church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home was in charge of the professional service.
Ms. Walton was educated in the Hardeman County public schools. At a young age, she confessed a hope in Jesus Christ and joined May’s Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She later joined Greater Victory Church where she was a dedicated member until her health declined.
She was preceded in death by her father and siblings, Early Hugh Morrow, Mattie Polk, and Ruthie Smith.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother; children, Andrew Morrow, Valerie (Greg) Hudson, and Angela (Barry) Williams; seven sisters, Barbara Walton, Gloria (Gary) Jones, Charlene (Billy) Jones, Louise (Kevin) Lake, Sherry and Latonia Morrow, and Shanika (Nicolas) Williams; two brothers, Adell, Jr. and Johnny (Carla)Morrow; and a host of other friends and relatives who will miss her.
