Public Notice: Zoning Resolution – Public Hearing
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-105, notice is hereby given of public hearings that will be held by the Hardeman County Commission on April 15, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Hardeman County Court House. The hearing will be held in order to receive public input on the following proposed amendment to the Hardeman County Zoning Resolution:
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, GENERAL PROVISIONS, 3.04 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS, PERTAINING TO PERMITTING RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE FRONT YARD BUT NOT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD FOR TRACTS 1 ACRE OR GREATER
Full copies of the proposed amendments may be viewed in the Zoning Compliance Office and the County Mayor’s Office during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
