The Drowsy Chaperone Opens at STAR Inc. Theatre
The Drowsy Chaperone opens this on Friday, August 30, 2024, at the Fair Theater in Somerville. This PG musical begins when a man in a chair appears on stage and puts on his favorite record: the cast recording of a fictitious 1928 musical called The Drowsy Chaperone. The quirky characters from the comedy come to life in his living room, performing one show-stopping song and dance number after another as the man looks on.
The Drowsy Chaperone will be presented Friday and Saturday, August 30 – 31, 2024, and September 6 -7, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, September 1 and 8, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 and may be purchased online or at the door.
