Wilder Youth Development Center Juvenile Escapes in Oakland
UPDATE 3/1/23: Mr. Westbrook was captured at 10:30 p.m.
According to information received from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, Devin Westbrook, a youth being housed at the Wilder Youth Development Center has escaped from Fast Pace Medical Clinic in Oakland, Tennessee. The incident was reported to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department at 10:22 a.m. Westbrook is described as a 17-year-old, black male. He walked away from Fast Pace wearing a blue jump suit, and was in handcuffs and shackles.
Devin Westbrook is considered to be a dangerous felon. If sited, please call 911 or the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office at (901) 465-3456.
