Eleos Conference: Place for Spiritual Renewal

In the Greek language, the word “Eleos” means mercy, compassion, and pity. This powerful word was carefully chosen as the name of the Eleos Conference 2026, a two-day Christian gathering beginning this week at First Baptist Church of Bolivar. Designed as a space for spiritual renewal, this conference will unite pastors, teachers, and ministry leaders with one shared mission: to see hearts restored and lives transformed through the truth and hope found in God’s Word and the mercy, compassion, and pity that comes from Jesus Christ.

The Eleos Conference will feature a diverse group of community pastors and speakers who will share meaningful, scripture-centered messages addressing real-life struggles. Topics will include overcoming grief and trauma, finding healing through suffering, navigating seasons of brokenness, and growing deeper in one’s relationship with God. Speakers include Adam Rimmer, Tommy Warner, Alfonso Gilbert, Rusty Keltner, Adam Barnhart, Kyle Rhea, and Matt Boatwright, of whom will each bring powerful testimonies with unique perspectives from real life experiences dealing with the previously mentioned struggles.

The conference begins on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 5 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m. and will continue through Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday, creating additional opportunities for fellowship and connection.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to register early by visiting the following link or registering individually with one of the speakers. There is a registration fee of $20 per person, but the organizers of the event do not want the registration fee to be the reason you do not attend. If $20 is a problem, contact one of the speakers directly.

“Worship, fellowship, and biblical teaching come together in a space where mercy isn’t just preached—it’s experienced. If you’re searching for rest, renewal, and a reminder that God still heals the brokenhearted, Eleos offers a place to begin again.”

The First Baptist Church of Bolivar is located at 826 West Market Street, Bolivar, Tennessee 38008.
