PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Request For Proposal (RFP) is to award “Early Release” work to Construct the WMHI New Replacement Facility – Phase 2 in Bolivar, TN. The early work includes the trades listed below:
• Demolition
• Cast-In-Place Concrete
• Structural Steel
• Fire Protection
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Electric
• Site Work & Utilities
• Rammed Aggregate Piers
• Fences & Gates
ANTICIPATED BIDDING PERIOD (Dates below may be subject to change)
RFP Issued April 24, 2026
Pre-Bid Conference TBD, Bidders will be advised
Proposal Due May 21, 2026, at 2:00 pm
