Obituary: Brenda Joyce Crowell
Mrs. Brenda Joyce Crowell, age 81 of Toone, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 in Jackson, TN. Private, family only graveside services were held. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Bolivar is honored to have assisted the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Crowell enjoyed shopping, and was a psychiatric technician at Western State for 30+ years. She was Baptist in faith.
She is survived by her sons, Gene Crowell (Lisa) of Jackson, and Richard Glen Crowell (Ange) of McKenzie; and eight grandchildren.
Mrs. Crowell is preceded in death by her husband, Talford Eugene Crowell Sr, and her parents, Jasper Jones and Mary Etta Garrett Jones.
