City of Bolivar Holds November Council Meeting {video}
The City of Bolivar held its monthly City Council Meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025.
Present were City Council members Michael Brown, Todd Lowe, Larry McKinnie, Suzanne Rhea, Tommie Woods, Chris Williams, and Mayor Julian McTizic.
Caroline Miller and Melvin Golden were absent.
