In 2007, Dr. Jackson relocated to Tennessee and served in Shelby County Schools, where she was an assistant principal for seven years and principal for one year. Most recently, Dr. Jackson served in Millington Municipal Schools, where she was a supervisor of special services, director of pre-k and assistant principal over the course of seven years.
After graduating from Bolton High School in Arlington, Tennessee, Dr. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Memphis. She also attained a Master of Arts in Teaching and Leadership from Harding University and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas.
