Attending WestStar Elevate: a Summit for Growth and Leadership on February 6, 2026, at the Boling University Center on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Martin were Hardeman County residents Gigi Dawson, Sharron Murden, and Rachel Murphy (pictured left to right). The summit, hosted by the UT Martin WestStar Leadership Program, centered on the theme “For the Love of Leadership and Community” and focused on empowering, inspiring, and equipping professionals across West Tennessee to thrive in their careers and communities.
