20 Below Brings Specialty Ice Cream to Hardeman County

Instead of scooping the ice cream straight from a bucket, owners, Trip and Katie Berta, worked side-by-side preparing the delectable treat through a process that includes spreading a milk-cream base onto a frozen metal pan, chopping and mixing it for several minutes, rolling – once its properly frozen – into spirals, and then placing ice cream rolls into a serving cup. { read article }
