Tennessee Promise community service hours are due to be reported for current scholarship recipients by 11:59 p.m.

Town of Whiteville will meet at Town Hall, 144 East Main Street, Whiteville, 38075, at 6:30 p.m.

City of Grand Junction will meet at City Hall, 150 Tippah Street, Grand Junction, 38039, at 7 p.m.

Town of Hickory Valley will meet at Town Hall, 7115 Highway 18, Hickory Valley, 38042, at 7 p.m.

Bolivar-Hardeman County Library { 213 North Washington Street, Bolivar, 38008 } will hold a Christmas Paint Party at 10:30 a.m.

Line Dance and Fitness Class will be held at the Bolivar Municipal Center, 211 North Washington Street, Bolivar, 38008, at 5:30 p.m.

Town of Hickory Valley will meet at Town Hall, 7115 Highway 18, Hickory Valley, 38042, at 7 p.m.

Town of Hornsby will meet at Town Hall, 435 Main Street, Hornsby, 38044, at 7 p.m.

The West Tennessee Healthcare Satellite Clinic will be at the Apple Creek Center/Old Fred’s parking lot { 107 Tennessee Street, Bolivar, 38008 } from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. It offers free primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment services.

The Hardeman County Veterans Day Program will be held at the Bolivar Municipal Center { 211 North Washington Street, Bolivar, 38008 } at 10 a.m.

Hardeman County Ag Day will be held at Lone Oaks Farm { 630 New Hope Road, Middleton, 38052 } from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Along with a tour of the farm covered topics include cover crop and no till practices, csp programs, equipment programs, erosion demonstrations, forest land management, high tunnel structures, prescribed burns, soil types and testing, and talep programs. Registration is free and lunch is provided for the first 60 registrants.

Bolivar-Hardeman County Library { 213 North Washington Street, Bolivar, 38008 } will hold LEGO Club at 3:30 p.m.

Middleton Community Library { 110 Bolton Avenue, Middleton, 38052 } will hold S.T.E.M. Club at 4 p.m.

Fedcap Organization, working with the Department of Human Services in workforce development for West Tennessee counties, will hold a Hiring Event for Chemring/Kilgore Flares at the Bolivar-Hardeman County Library from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be interviews on site for all shift and positions with a starting pay of $19 per hour. They will complete a background check and drug screening to approve hiring.

Congressman David Kustoff will hold mobile office hours at the Hardeman County Courthouse { 100 North Main Street, Bolivar, 38008 } from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Although Congressman David Kustoff will not be onsite, people will be able to receive assistance.

The Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) { 313 Harris Street, Bolivar, 38008 } music department presents “A Swingin’ Christmas” in the BCHS cafeteria at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $5.

Middleton Community Library { 110 Bolton Avenue, Middleton, 38052 } will hold Cardio Drumming at 11 a.m. Prior registration is required; Anime Club at 4 p.m.; and Tai Chi sign up.
