Kilgore Flares Announces Layoff Affecting 127 Workers in Toone
Kilgore Flares Company, LLC has filed an official WARN Notice with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development announcing a permanent reduction in force that will affect 127 workers at its Toone facility.
According to the notice, the layoff is scheduled to take effect on October 31, 2026.
The affected Kilgore Flares location is at 155 Kilgore Drive in Toone.
Kilgore Flares notified the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s Dislocated Worker Unit of the planned workforce reduction on September 1, 2026.
The WARN Notice identifies the action as a permanent reduction in force or layoff and lists a total of 127 affected workers. It does not state that this is a closure.
