Memphis Club Collects Record Breaking Donation for Fayette Cares

The Memphis Top Spinners Square Dance Club hosted its 15th annual food drive for Fayette Cares on Thursday, August 15, 2024. The event is designed for newcomers interested in learning basic square and line dancing moves.

Attendees were encouraged to support Fayette Cares by donating food for those in need. In one of the club’s largest turnouts, the food drive collected over 300 pounds of pantry items and raised $700 for Fayette Cares programs in just one night! The generous donations to the emergency food pantry will help the nearly 400 families that rely on Fayette Cares for food each month.
