Obituary: Carolyn Graves Moss

Carolyn Graves Moss went to her heavenly home on Saturday, May 24, 2025. She was born February 8, 1941, to Buster Graves and Mattie Dowty Graves.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jon Moss; and brother, Woodson (Woody) Graves.
Carolyn was a member of First Baptist Church, Grand Junction and was a Master Gardener. She loved working in her yard and tending to her flowers.
Carolyn graduated from Grand Junction High School in 1959 and lived most of her life in Grand Junction. She was employed by Reichold Chemicals which later became Sequentia and then Kemlite until her retirement.
She leaves behind a son, Gregory Bishop (Avril); sisters, Nell Cook (Jim) and Linda Wyatt (Ronnie); grandsons, Justin Bishop and Justin I; granddaughters, Kristen Campbell, Kayla Shay, and Laura Walker; five great-grandchildren with one on the way; and a sister-in-law, Carolyn Graves.
The family would like to thank Shelby Gardens and Hope Hospice for their loving care.
Graveside services will be at the Grand Junction Cemetery on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 1 p.m. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Bolivar is in charge of the professional arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 103, Grand Junction, Tennessee 38039.
