“Royal Guests” Honored at County Commission Meeting

By: Hannah Thompson
At the county commission meeting on April 28, 2026, Mayor Todd Pulse was proud to have two special guests in attendance.
“We have royalty with us tonight!” exclaimed Mayor Pulse.
Mayor Pulse recognized Nora Kate and Kynzlee for their outstanding achievements as state title pageant winners. Nora Kate is 3 years old and holds the title of Miss Tennessee Universal Baby. Her sister, Kynzlee Miller, is twelve years old and is Miss Rocky Top Universal Preteen. They are the daughters of Zach and Beth Doyle of Hornsby, TN.
The young ladies were applauded by commissioners and attendees for their dedication, confidence, and poise. Their accomplishments reflect not only their hard work, but also the strong support of their family and community.
In June, Nora Kate and Kynzlee will represent Hardeman County and the state of Tennessee as they travel to Texas to compete in the national pageant.
