Sam Anderson Named as Recipient of Saint James Episcopal Church Scholarship
Bolivar Central High senior Sam Anderson was named as this year’s recipient of the Saint James Episcopal Church scholarship. Anderson, the son of Jason and Crystal Anderson of Bolivar, will be attending the University of Tennessee at Knoxville beginning this fall as a student in the pre-med program. Saint James Episcopal Church in Bolivar awards the scholarship annually in memory of Charles Brown. Brown, who was a longtime member of Saint James, was an educator and former principal of Bolivar Central High. Pictured with Anderson is Kim Paras of the Saint James Episcopal Church Mission Council.
