Sheriff Doolen Elected Vice President of the Tennessee Sheriff’s Association

On Thursday, July 27, 2023, Hardeman County Sheriff John Doolen was elected by his peers to serve as the Vice-President of the Tennessee Sheriff’s Association (TSA), Division IV, during their 52nd Annual Conference in Sevierville, Tennessee.

The Tennessee Sheriff’s Association is comprised of the 95 elected sheriffs across the state. Sheriff Doolen has served Hardeman County since being elected in 2010, and was recently re-elected in August 2022 to a fourth term.

“It’s and honor and privilege to be selected to serve on the Tennessee Sheriff’s Association Board of Directors as Vice-President. I am proud of my team at the Hardeman County Sheriff’s Department who work hard everyday and go above and beyond to ensure the safety of Hardeman County,” said Sheriff Doolen.
