Hardeman County Sheriff’s Department Implements New Technology to Enhance Public Safety

Bolivar, TN – The Hardeman County Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce the installation of eight new Flock cameras strategically placed across the county. These advanced license plate recognition (LPR) cameras will serve as a vital tool in locating missing persons, AMBER Alerts, Silver Alerts, stolen vehicles, and will assist in criminal investigations.

Sheriff Doolen is proud to implement this technology to better serve the citizens of Hardeman County.

“Our top priority is public safety, and these cameras will provide our deputies and surrounding agencies with real-time crucial information to help solve crimes faster and bring justice to victims,” said Sheriff Doolen.

It is important to note these are not speed cameras; they are strictly used by law enforcement to improve response times and solve crimes.

“We are constantly looking for ways to make Hardeman County a safer place to live, work, and raise a family,” said Sheriff Doolen.

These cameras will be a tremendous asset to our deputies, giving them another tool to quickly identify and locate vehicles connected to criminal activity or missing person cases.

The Hardeman County Sheriff’s Office appreciates the community’s support as we implement these new resources.
