Star, Inc. Announces Auditions for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Star, Inc. proudly announces upcoming auditions for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. This March, Star, Inc. will bring Roald Dahl’s beloved children’s classic to the Fair Theater stage in Somerville, Tennessee.

Charlie and Chocolate Factory tells the story of Charlie Bucket and several other children who are given the extraordinary opportunity to explore the wonderous chocolate factory by the mysterious Willy Wonka. And one lucky child will be given everything he/she could ever ask for.

Auditions will be held at the Fair Theater, 116 East Market Street, Somerville on the following days:
· Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 9 a.m.
· Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.

Because the auditions will be cold readings, you will not have to be prepared in advance. Come with a good attitude and energy. If you have not worked with the directors before, please bring a headshot. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is open to all ages.

If you have a desire to be in theatre but do not want to act, there is plenty to do behind the scenes – stagehands, a stage manager, and other production help.

Show dates:
· Thursday, March 2, 2022, at 7 p.m.
· Friday, March 3, 2022, at 7 p.m.
· Saturday, March 4, 2022, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
· Sunday, March 5, 2022, at 2 p.m.
