STAR, Inc. Announces Upcoming Auditions for Guys and Dolls
STAR, Inc. has announced upcoming auditions for its production of Guys and Dolls. Auditions will be held at the Fair Theater in Somerville on the following days:
Monday, April 13th, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Tuesday, April 14th, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Auditions are for ages 15 and up. Come prepared to sing 16-32 bars in the style of the show. Bring a recording of your accompaniment. Also, be prepared to move and dance during your audition. Please bring a resume (with an attached headshot) and a list of any conflicts until the end of July. If you cannot attend an in person audition, you may submit a video of your vocal audition to GuysDolls.Star@gmail.com by April 13th at 8:30 pm. Callbacks are by invitation only and will take place Tuesday evening, April 14.
Rehearsals will begin in early May on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. As the show draws nearer, Mondays and Fridays will be added.
Show dates are July 24th – 26th and July 31st- August 2nd, 2026.
