Tickets Now on Sale for ‘Dear Evan Hansen’ at Bolivar Central High School
Tickets are now on sale for the Hardeman County Arts Council’s upcoming production of the Tony Award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen, set to take the stage August 28-30, 2026, at the Bolivar Central High School Auditorium.
Dear Evan Hansen tells the story of Evan Hansen, a socially anxious high school student who longs to connect with those around him. After a misunderstanding grows into something much larger than he ever imagined, Evan finds himself navigating friendship, family, loss and his search for a place where he belongs.
Featuring a contemporary musical score, the show explores connection, loneliness and the complicated ways people communicate and form relationships in the digital age.
Performances will be held August 28-30 at the Bolivar Central High School Auditorium. Tickets are $15 each and may be purchased online through hcactn.org.
Organizers are also advising prospective audience members that the production contains potentially sensitive subject matter. Dear Evan Hansen includes themes involving mental health, anxiety, grief and social isolation, as well as discussions of suicide.
