Two Arrested in Hardeman County Child Abuse Investigation
Andrew B. Jimenez is facing several charges in Hardeman County, including rape of a child, following a referral from the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services to the Hardeman County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office began investigating on Oct. 26, 2026, after receiving the referral about a possible rape of a child. Investigators said the charges are based on information gathered during a forensic interview with the victims. The alleged offenses occurred in Hardeman County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Jimenez faces charges of rape of a child, incest, 2 counts continuous sexual abuse of a child and 2 counts aggravated sexual battery.
Jimenez’s son, Robert A. Jimenez, was also arrested. He faces charges of violation of the duty to report child abuse and child abuse, neglect or endangerment.
