UT Extension to Hold Spring Flower Show

The Purple Iris is one of Tennessee’s state flowers.

The Hardeman County Extension Office is excited to invite you to its 1st Annual Spring Flower Show! Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just love flowers, this is a great opportunity to showcase your blooms and creativity.

Location: 210 Vildo Road, Bolivar, TN
Entry Date: Wednesday, April 29, 2026
Entry Time: 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Entry Guidelines:

  • One entry per category per person
  • Must be grown by the exhibitor
  • Entries must be displayed in a vase
  • $4 per entry

Awards Include:

  • Best of Show
  • Single Stem
  • Arrangement/Container
  • Ribbons for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

Iris • Shrubs & Trees • Arrangements • Container Grown Plants • Perennials • Annuals

Open to Youth & Adults!

Public Viewing: Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Entries may be picked up after 5:00 p.m.
