Local Mayors, McTizic, Bowden, and Neill, Travel to Michigan to Thank Ford Motor Company
Fly-In attendees spent two full days (January 31 – February 1, 2024) in Michigan. While there, participants toured the Rouge Electric Vehicle Center, where F-150 Lighting Trucks are manufactured; explored the Ford Museum; and attended meetings with upper management regarding the BlueOval City project. { read article }

“Origin” Showing for Free in Honor of Black History Month
Based on the book “Caste” by Isabel Wilkerson, and starring Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, “Origin” has been described as “a sincere, passionate, and excellently acted film that takes us on a discovery, with wonder, of fascinating historical situations” while exploring the origins and connections of racism across cultures. { read article }

Hardeman County Commissioners will meet at the Hardeman County Courthouse, 100 North Main Street, on the second floor, in Bolivar on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 7 p.m.
City of Middleton will meet at City Hall, 300 South Main Street, in Middleton on Tuesday, February 20, 2023, at 7 p.m.
