Bolivar-Hardeman County Library’s Hannah Thompson Leaves to Continue her College Education

Marnina Smeltser Receives Honors Invitations for Academic Success at Jackson State Community College

Both County High Schools Begin Spring Semester with New Leadership

Hardeman County high school students were greeted by two new faces when they returned for the beginning of the spring semester this week as both Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) and Middleton High School (MHS) have new principals taking the reins. {read article}


Shontavious Robertson Wins the 2024 Hardeman County Spelling Bee {video}

Twenty-two students were in attendance to compete and show their skills as orthographers – great spellers – to be named the top speller of Hardeman County. Shontavious Robertson, a sixth-grade student from Bolivar Middle School was the “last young man standing” spelling the word “equinox” to take the first-place trophy win. {read article}


Hannah King Signs to Become a Champion Lady Tiger and First Collegiate Volleyball Player from Bolivar
