Hatchie Press’ Weekend Planner – Sponsored by UT Extension – Hardeman Healthy Outreach

This Hatchie Press Weekend Planner is sponsored by UT Extension’s Hardeman Healthy Outreach. They aim to improve access to healthy foods and physical activity opportunities in towns, churches, food pantries, worksites, and parks – to reduce chronic disease that may come with obesity. It is made possible with funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
